Your arrival day is always recommended to be a day before the day the course starts. We recommend timing your arrival to mid-day of the day before.

On a motorcycle rental we will need to hold a deposit. However, all fuel costs for rental bikes are included in the course fee.

Bring everything that you will need to protect your body. For example, Motorcycle Helmet, gloves, boots, trousers and Jacket.

Yes. Send us an email with the number of students and the date you would like the course to commence.

If you have a group of riders interested in taking the course but cannot find a suitable date. Just let us know as we might be able to open a new course date to accommodate your request.

If you have a rental motorcycle you will have motorcycle recovery insurance. Furthermore should the vehicle not be ready for use we will make every effort to arrange for an immediate replacement.

Absolutely 100%. MotoIntell is a member of the Travel Association. furthermore, your payments are held in an independent trust account.

Yes. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a 30% deposit. The remainder will be required no later than 6 weeks before your course starts.

Yes. Our reservation system will allow you make top-up payments against your bookings as often as you wish.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your course taking place.

We do have a provision in our Terms & Conditions which allows for a refund or cancellation term. Should you need any help regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us. You can also manage your Booking through your member’s log-in. “my account”

Name changes are permissible on the booking up to one week prior to the course start date.

Yes absolutely. Furthermore on completion you will receive a MotoIntell ACADEMY certificate.
